Product Review Process
Each individual product we review will be assigned and used by multiple scare team members inside our commercial haunted house for an entire season prior to a product podcast or review being completed. Each team member will complete a verbal interview as well as a written survey to capture all of their opinions on the product.
Each product will receive further analysis and a rating for each of the following areas:
- Functionality
- Durability / Reliability
- Scare Factor
- Entertainment Value
- Ease of Use / Adoption
- Comfort
- Setup / Configuration
- Affordability / Value
We setup areas in our haunt to capture real life customer reaction videos and create an overall narrative for the product from all of our review sources. A podcast or final review video will be completed and shared with the vendor for any comments, questions or concerns.
